So I've just had full CT scan almost 2 years post surgery. As you can see from pics they are still perfectly placed and official radiographer's feedback was that my bone underneath is exactly the same size as before. It's pretty interesting how you can see the bone before surgery and with implant on top. I've made a quick gif showing that in DICOM viewer:
