Welcome to Umog. By using our website, app, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using Umog, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that you have the authority to enter into these terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Services

Umog provides AI-powered facial analysis, attractiveness-style scoring (e.g., PSL-style ratings), looksmaxxing advice, and optional features such as generated images (e.g., "Chad" version or dating profile photos). Our website provides information, guides, and links to download the app and manage subscriptions. The actual analysis and generation run on our backend and may use third-party AI and infrastructure services as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not:

• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates others' rights.
• Upload photos of other people without their consent for analysis or generation.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models, source code, or data beyond normal use.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services or output in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms or for other operational or legal reasons.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features (e.g., weekly or yearly subscriptions) are offered through the Umog app via the Apple App Store. Payment terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms and your Apple ID. We do not store your payment details. Cancellation must be done through your device's App Store subscription settings. We may receive limited information from Apple to enable your access to paid features.

5. Intellectual Property

Umog and its content (including but not limited to logos, text, design, and the app) are owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership by using the Services. You may use the output (e.g., scores, advice, or generated images) for your personal, non-commercial use in line with these terms. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

Our Services are for entertainment and general guidance only. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, or otherwise).

• Facial analysis and ratings are based on algorithmic and AI analysis. They are subjective estimates and may be inaccurate or inconsistent. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for important decisions.
• Looksmaxxing advice is general guidance. Any changes to your lifestyle, appearance, or health should be discussed with qualified professionals where appropriate.
• Generated images (e.g., "Chad" or dating photos) are AI-created and may not reflect real-world outcomes. Use them at your own discretion and in compliance with platform rules where you use them.

We provide the Services "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party services (e.g., AI APIs) we use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umog and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Umog and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
